By downloading or using Ivy Prep: ACT Test Prep ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The app is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. Practice content is for study purposes; we make no guarantee about score outcomes on the actual ACT.
Ivy Prep Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions billed to your Apple Account:
Payment is charged when the free trial ends or at purchase confirmation if no trial applies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and may change; changes apply at the next renewal.
You are responsible for activity under your account. You may request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Do not reverse engineer the app, abuse leaderboards, or attempt to access other users' data.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
