Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Ivy Prep: ACT Test Prep ("the app", "we") handles your information.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or as a guest, we receive an account identifier and, for Google/Apple sign-in, your name and email address. Authentication is provided by Google Firebase Authentication.
- Study activity. Your practice answers, quiz scores, game scores, flashcard review state, streaks, badges, and exam date are stored in Google Cloud Firestore so your progress syncs across your devices.
- Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases; RevenueCat receives an anonymized app user ID and purchase receipt data. We never see your payment details.
- Usage analytics. We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate feature usage (screens viewed, games played). This data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- Game Center. If you enable Game Center, leaderboard scores and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
How we use information
We use your information solely to provide the app's features: syncing progress, showing leaderboards, validating subscriptions, and improving the app. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Data retention and deletion
Your study data is retained while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing blakeyoung81@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for students preparing for the ACT, typically ages 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
